Logistic Manager

Role Overview:

The Logistics Manager for Non-Food will be responsible for managing and optimizing the logistics and supply chain process for a range of products, including small kitchen appliances, household items, and other non-food categories. This role involves working with suppliers and logistics partners from regions such as China, Vietnam, India, and Bangladesh to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to the Polish market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including planning, coordination, and execution of product deliveries for non-food categories.

• Supplier Coordination: Collaborate closely with international suppliers from key sourcing regions like China, Vietnam, India, and Bangladesh to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipments.

• Logistics Partner Management: Develop and maintain relationships with logistics providers, negotiating contracts and rates to optimize costs and ensure service quality.

• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy, ensuring smooth flow from suppliers to distribution centers.

• Customs & Compliance: Ensure all imports comply with Polish and EU regulations, handling documentation, customs processes, and regulatory requirements.

• Cost Optimization: Analyze logistics costs and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce expenses without compromising service quality.

• Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays in the supply chain promptly, working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

• Reporting: Track and report on logistics KPIs, including delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably with non-food products like kitchen appliances, household items, or similar.

• Global Supply Chain Knowledge: Proven experience managing international supply chains, particularly with suppliers in Asia (China, Vietnam, India, Bangladesh, etc.).

• Language: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to sourcing regions are a plus.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to manage logistics data, evaluate supplier performance, and optimize the supply chain process.
